Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 2 medium ripe avocados, mashed Make sure they are ripe for best flavor.
  • ½ cup ranch dressing Use your preferred brand.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar is a good choice.
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced Optional, for added flavor.
Wrap
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch tortillas are recommended.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Shred the cooked chicken and mash the ripe avocados in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the ranch dressing, shredded cheese, and green onions until well combined.
Assembling
  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or dry pan for about 15 seconds.
  2. Place a portion of the filling in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the rolled burritos seam-side down.
  2. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

For best results, mix the filling in advance and store in the refrigerator. Avoid overfilling the tortillas to prevent bursting. Let the burritos rest after cooking for a few minutes before cutting.
