Preparation
  1. Crack the eggs into a wide bowl and whisk them until well blended.
  2. Pour in the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated without letting them drown.
