Ingredients
  

For the bomb filling
  • 1 lb ground beef You can also use turkey or veggie ground 'meat'.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Adjust based on taste.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella Use any leftover cheese you have.
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese Add extra on top for a fancier look.
For the dough
  • 1 can pre-made biscuit dough Flaky kind is easiest.
For the garlic butter mix
  • ¼ cup butter, melted Brushed over the tops.
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced Add for flavor.
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese For brushing; more for topping.
Seasoning
  • to taste salt Important for flavor.
  • to taste black pepper Important for flavor.
  • to taste Italian seasoning Optional for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
  4. Place a scoop of the beef mixture in the center, add mozzarella cheese, and pinch the dough to seal.
  5. Arrange the bombs seam-side down on a lined baking tray.
Baking
  1. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese together.
  2. Brush the garlic butter mixture on top of each bomb.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Let the bombs sit for 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and ranch dressing.

Notes

These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. They also freeze well and can be reheated from frozen in about 10-12 minutes.
