Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Pat the prawns dry to avoid steaming.
  3. In a bowl, toss the prawns with melted butter, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. If desired, you can skewer the prawns for easier flipping.
Grilling
  1. Place the prawns on the grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
  2. Look for a pink color and slight curl to indicate they are done.
  3. Remove from the grill and finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley and an optional drizzle of melted butter.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

Rest the cooked prawns for a minute before serving to allow flavors to settle. For variations, consider adding chili flakes to the butter, using cilantro instead of parsley, or mixing in some scallops.
