  • 1 cup provolone or mozzarella cheese Use what melts well
  • 1 medium bell pepper Sliced
  • ½ medium onion Sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste Don't skip seasoning
  • Optional toothpicks To secure the rolls if necessary
