Preparation
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until they are fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the pumpkin pie spice and optional pumpkin puree until well combined.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal gently to coat every piece with the marshmallow mixture.
- Press the mixture into a lined pan using wax or parchment paper. Press firmly but do not compact too much.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
You can drizzle with melted white chocolate or sprinkle with cinnamon for extra flair. Customize with chopped pecans or mini chocolate chips if desired.
