Ingredients
  

For the Cake
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream for whipping
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 package graham crackers or any favorite crispy cookies

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Assembly
  1. In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream cheese filling over the crackers.
  3. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  4. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with the cream cheese filling on top.
Chilling
  1. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Once chilled, cut into slices and serve.

Notes

For variations, consider using different fruits like blueberries or raspberries, or substitute the cream cheese with mascarpone for a twist. Always use the ripest strawberries for the best flavor.
